all Goku has to do is blow up the planet, then go to New Namek and use the dragonballs there to revive Earth. an illusion from Aizen isn't going to help them beat Goku. especially when you say Goku has access to his most powerful transformation.

Goku could easily muscle out of Aizen's shikai during Dragon Ball when he fought Tien.

Goku is a universe busting alien that can bypass time itself to move instantly.

Goku blows up the continent there on and if that's not enough he blows up the solar system or the galaxy for shits and giggles. 👆
