Not sure who would win, the guy who fought multiple balrogs for a bit, or the Great Worm......... there are 2 fights: The first appoearance of Glaurung, I think it was in the Dagor Bragollach, and when he was in Nargothrond.

Feanor. It took a gangraping by Balrogs to bring that guy down.

Feanor if someone could stand up to several balrogs i dont think the dragon would live in a fight against him
