Gamora already showed she can dance around a superior Thor cause he even had the gem at this point & would of even been stronger faster then Thor w/o gem.
Gamora has since even become faster amoung other things since her upgrade! Add WonderWomen who is also Super Elite fighter with her skill level & all around formability.
Now they both have Magical weapons that can kill Thor in One blow if struck right & you don't think one of them with there superior skill & speed above Thor will be able to do this?
