He shouldn't, because if they had access to gear and things, Lex could have his suit, and Osborn could have his Iron Patriot armor, and pumpkin bombs, etc...

Having access to the serum when Norman only has his moderately enhanced strength, would be spite. But if Norman got his hands on it, his strength, would be greater than Supes. Aweome.

Yeah of course he's Lex Luthor..he could just smuggel his sh*T in..If some inmates can smuggel drugs inside it would be easy for a guy with genius level intellect to smuggel a serum in prison 馃槈

Even still lex using 'Bane strength venom', isn't as strong Norman or as durable

I agree that Norman has a advantage in the strenght department but when you look at intellect.. Lex just owns Osborn..Lex could just give the Bane venom to some inmates who are working for Lex and attack Osborn with a small army of Venom-powered thugs and after the fight they could just break out of jail and go to a titty bar or something 馃槅

same could be said for norman he could have the prison blown up he would walk away but lex wouldn't

Yeah but Lex could just let some partners of his kidnap Harry and manipulate Osborn and stuff..Lex's doesn't have the same kind of attachments as Osborn..
