Everyone fights "in character"(so no force fields in the brain or taking off Cyke's visor) in a large arena. Who takes it?

I'd side with the Fantastic 4+ personally. Crystal tips it for me. Besides being an underated powerhouse, she can pretty much eliminate/incapacitate all of the grounded X-Men out the gate buy opening the ground out from underneath them and burying them, and then they can overwhelm the remaining X-Ladies.

I pick up X-Men, since they have Rogue on their side to go over 9000 via absorbing powers of everyone on field.
