Rinnegan VS Sharingan

Rinnegan is said to be the most powerful amongst the 3 eye techniques in Narutoverse.

But this is debatable, since Madara Uchiha's Sharingan could maybe eclipse the power of Pain's Rinnegan.

Which eye technique is superior than the other?

Rinnegan eyes could still disrupt the chakra of Kakashi who (although transplanted) uses Mangeyko sharingan. This gives me reasonable belief that the Rinnegan over powers the Sharingan in regards to the which has "priority" when there moves class such as Amaterasu vs Shinra Tensei, Id say ST will still reflect it. Rinnegan also allows Nagato/pain to attack/extract spirits of people, which pretty much makes Madara's intangibility a nonfactor.

What about Tobi/Danzou/Madara's Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan that grants him immortality and space/time jutsu?

well danzo doesnt have it, hes got shusui's eye. Madara himself stated he wanted Nagato to use the Outer Path: Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique on him implying he can die or will die and required revivement = not true immortality. That being said it shows Madara's vulnerability to that ability showing the king of hell that Pain/Nagato summons to give/take souls effects Madara. The time space jutsu is very similiar to summons in the way it works. That being said it can roughly be compared to nagato's animal path that can summon the other pains (and one can assume that Nagato himself has all the pains abilities to a greater extent).

Theoretically someone using the Rinnegan could use the MS techniques (and other kekkai genkais) since they can manipulate all forms of chakra in any way... just something to consider, obviously Pain didn't use that trait to it's full potential since he preferred the six-paths techniques.

i don't think Rinnegan can use Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu..that technique comes from Mangekyo Sharingan..u need to have Mangekyo Sharingan to use that technique..

People can't use it because kekkai genkais are a special form of chakra manipulation... rinnegan lets you use any form of chakra. Sage of six paths could use all ninja techniques that includes kekkai genkai techniques.

that just u assuming thing..it says that it can use all type of chakra..that's it..Amaterasu is a jutsu that come with Mangekyo Sharingan..without it..u can't use it..it's not just the chackra..

Jutsu are all manipulations of chakra. Kekkai Genkais are just special ones that need genetics. Meanwhile Rinnegan is empowered to use any jutsu possible.

You can't get around the fact that the sage of six paths could use any jutsu in the world and that includes kekkai genkais.

He created ALL jutsu! Where do you think mangekyo sharingan jutsu came from? Oh yeah, sage started all ninjutsu. Are you saying the person who created the technique can't use it?

he created the ninja world...he started it all..he didn't created all of the jutsu that exist..mangekyo sharingan jutsu didn't come form Rinnegan..where the hell did u get that dude..
