Well he wouldn't be able to do it if he didn't have the technology on him to do so. Given his current upgrade, there would be a lot who would get easily oneshotted, however they still have a few tricks up their sleeves with the like of Darwin, Juggernaut (if he's allowed to be fully powered and not the depowered version he was), Vulcan, Magneto, etc.

Excalibur don't really count as X-Men, they had some X-Men on their team and thats about it.

For characters that are powered and have appeared within the last 2 years using their powers are in their current state. For all others they are at the level they were before they were depowered

No X-Men from other timelines. Only people that have been X-Men in the 616 verse

Doops powers? Levitation, Acclerated healing factor, Superhuman strength, Extra-dimensional void within body that can store objects and people.
