Nate kills Thanos or beats him up and then they travel the universe together

Thanos was shown to be an equal to Prof X and AW on the astral plane. Nate was so strong he pulled Xaviers astral form to the real world which should be nigh-impossible and this was even before the Shaman upgrade.

His power-levels were also apparently equal to Dark Phoenix whose power-level readings by Reed Richards were equal to you know who.

Xavier was said to be equal in telepathy with Thanos and Adam Warlock equal offensively maybe but thanos doesn't need telepathy as his main offensive just to buy some time

Thanos attacks Galactus on the mental plain, while Galactus for the most part resists. Thanos succeeds in reading his mind and pulling the information about his plan from Galactus mind. This is no small feat as Galactus is immune to telepathy.

So? Nate defeated Quabril who destroys worlds with ease, from universe to universe.

Nate also put up a good fight against one of Thanos's clones and amped Hulk enough so Hulk could beat it. That was pre-shaman Nate btw.

Nate even in non-Shaman form was so powerful that he could empower Hulk and not be diminished himself.

If he could do that at a lesser level and combat Thanos; then the Shaman version would be even more formidable.

That is true. No one has forcibly entered Thanos' mind before. We have Moondragon, who fell ill from reading his thoughts, and X-man himself, who nearly wet himself on glimpsing Thanos' mind.

Galactus was not in a starving situation he was well feed he had to be to get that power gem from the alternate dimension. The shot Galactus took from Thanos and then the effort it took for Galactus to break threw Thanos force field.
