Movie version. Dr Doom is watching the news and see Spawn fleaing from the cops after crashing part by Jason Wynn and he goes after Spawn to learn his secretes. The fight takes place in downtown New York.

Spawn wins. He'd probably gauge out Doom's eyes.

Doom is not Stupid He had superstrength durability & electromagnetic powers. He took powerful hits from Thing a nova shot from Johnny Storm.

Spawn. His powers are far more versatile.

I think Doom can take this. His main advantage is his natural defense, which I think Spawn will have a hard time getting through.

Movie Spawn was a pansy. Movie Doom was incredibly overpowered. I don't think movie Spawn has a chance here.
