I don't understand how people can like eating steak at all. Blech.

On the rare occasions I eat it, medium-well or well done. Food should not still bleed, that is uncooked as far as I'm concerned.

Same. Filet mignon is an exception though.

Medium. It still retains some taste and I don't have to worry too much about catching a disease from it being undercooked. But I rarely eat steak.

It's a restaraunt term... and it's seared on each side and the centre of the steak must be measured at room temperature

Depends on where I get my steak from, from a proper steak house it will be medium rare and from a non steak house its medium. If I cook it, its between medium rare and medium.
