Katana from the Outsiders takes on Marvel's Silver Samurai. Who wins?

Note: SS can't use his powers or his teleporter ring. Just his skills.

Katana recently clashed with Deathstroke (although he still looked superior from what I recall). Katana's weapon is a bit more formidable than Samurai's, I think, so i'll go with her.
