In an alternate universe,carnage has convinced spidey and venom to go evil,and they bring their reign of terror to gotham, where the bats team,who has been convinced by joker to be bloodlusted and ruthless,are waiting.

No becuase Carnage and Venom can't be detected by Spider-Man's spider-sense and his spider-sense wouldn't detect them anyway because they are on HIS side.

BUT because Batman has prep, he would separate Carnage and Venom from their symbiotes using a sonic device of his creation and would then beat Spider-Man by himself.
