Slade, unless Bane is watching from a distance as Slade is tiring himself out from fighting this person and that person... Bane is physically stronger, but Slade can out maneuver and outsmart him way too easy..

Bane should win with venom. His skills are probably superior to Slade's tbh and frankly Slade's admitted that he hangs with people like Bats because of enhancements. Against Bane he doesn't have that crutch. He's been overpowered by Azrael, and Bane was a match for him even without Venom..
