This is the Wesker from Resident Evil 5.

Takes place at Madison Square Garden. Wesker has a gun and Cloud has his sword. Winner takes on Sephiroth.

Cloud. And even if Wesker did win, he surely loses when he faces Sephiroth.

I agree. Just to make an argument, Wesker doge bullets. He will definitely be hard to hit.

Why does everyone think Wesker is some super bad ass threat? He's a beast against humans but come on...Cloud?

I could be wrong but I do not think that Cloud moves as fast as Wesker.

Cloud puts his sword down and punches Wesker in the face, killing him.
