oh, and all opponent and MoD are at their absolute fullest power and have complete mastery over their abilities and know how to use them

Jamie Braddock might stop him but I don`t really know how powerful he is.
If MoD gets past him he is not taking down Franklin Richards.

I'll say Braddock because I know nothing about the first 3 and Mister M didn't do much on panel. The way MoD was taken down should be easily duplicated by any high end reality warper.
