Lex Luthor (With kryptonian powers) vs Superman

Lex Luthor with Krypto powers vs Clark Kent..They both have one day to prepare..and they are allowed to get help from other superheroes/villains etc..

So who would win?

Well, I remember something from when Superman was power-sapped by kryptonite, and then he and Luthor were on the shore of a beach or something and fighting. Superman beat him then, and Superman was even weaker than Lex.

That's not from some f*cking cartoon or something is it? I was pretty sure I read it in a comic a while back. If it's anything canon, then I don't think giving Lex Super-powers is going to make a difference. They'd just be on equal grounds again. And like the other dude has already pointed out, Superman has had a lifetime of experience in the use of his powers. Supes wins this.
