If Ya is fully powered by a Star, then he is just as strong as Superman. Plus, he has all powers like a GL. They are infact stronger, since he is Ion.

On paper, his as strong as Superman, and has more power than a Green Lantern. Based on that he should take it every time against characters like Superman etc.

No Kryptonian or Daxamite is as strong as Superman.

He's still more than strong enough to win this though, thanks to his combined powers. With just his native Daxam powers, Sodam would get trashed.
