Team 1 with moderate trouble. Graviton makes it pretty interesting though. Marvel could have done so much more with that character.

If Thor fights smart he can absorb Count nefaria like he should have so long ago. Sentry don't think he can handle a villain like Graviton. Thor has resisted heavy gravity on another planet before in his classic comics. If Sentry plays a good enough distraction he could smash Gravi with the hammer.
