I read that torch had the cosmic power,also the powers of invisble woman so do you think he could be strong enough to take on black bolt.

Also just how strong was torch with the power cosmic.

Yeah Torch was a herald but unfortunatly I do not know any of his feats when he was. If he was firelord or SS level then he could win but if he was like Terrax level then he gets owned.

It says that he was on par with silver surfer.
