Karate Kid has his Legion flight ring and whatever weapon he wants.

Diana has her lasso, sword, and shield.

Val is good, but Diana's physical stats are just to much even if he does have vastly better skill. Granted, it will be a tough fight but overall I think she will pull out the win.
