No, not at all!
But Beast is a couple of tons stronger, and add this with the fact that Hank is a genious (in the top 8 on Marvel Earth) and that he's almost as agile as Spider-Man.
Kill Croc would gives hell to a dude like DareDevil or Punisher (without his new stuff) but he can't fight a superhuman being like Beast, lol
