What Marvel or DC character packs the most lethal arsenal?

Out of any heroes or villains which character from Marvel or DC packs the most lethal weaponry on them at any given time. I'm talking weapons such as guns, explosives, swords, etc. Let's try and keep this to street level.

2. Punisher
3. Deathstroke
4. Deadpool
5. Moon Knight
