Zauriel in his truest form. vs Surtur. Angel or demon?

Don't know really because apart from Zauriel's appearance in Legends of the DCU, I don't think we have seen his true self anywhere else.

But he seemed to be at least skyfather level there.

Feats and history say Surtur but gut feeling says Zauriel.

yeah, he picked up the earth and cleansed it.
