I'm inclined to give Shining Knight the win (if this is Sir Justin), especially if this is a pure swordfight.
His sword can virtually cut through anything.
It could probably even cut Adamantium, Celestial armor, or even the Miracle Machine.
The only problem is his durability. If any of the two somehow manages to stab him, it's game over. He's got no HF or peak-human stats to back him up.

Nightmaster's sword has pretty much unlimited potential as well. If the wielder weren't such inexperienced, he'd probably do a lot more at the end of Shadowpact.
What else could Sir Justin do? If anyone knows.
