-Both were shown to be extremely powerful. At first sight, this may seem to be a ridiculous thread putting someone up against the Phoenix, but Jobe was shown to be highly dangerous himself. At one point of the movie, he was able to project a self image of his face out of thin air and basically rip the agents molecules apart (-into little balls, not sure if it was molecules, but they disappeared none the less and it was all with but a mere thought.)

Don't know but sounds like a good fight. But one is out in the world and the other is in technology would kinda be hard for them to fight.

Well Jobe basically unlocked his telekenisis through playing the docs video games. Once he unlocked that, he was able to use them in real life.

But not to near the extent that Phoenix showed she was capable of utilizing her in.

Phoenix for the win imo.
