You really need to define the condition Spectre is in for the battle, because based on what version of Spectre and how powered he is this can go either way.

The reason I don't like cross over battles is that it is very hard to compare. You cannot be absolutely sure what worked for a DC character against another DC will work the same way against a Marvel being and vice versa.
