Currently Trigon is MANY times weaker than he used to be. But he said that even in current state he's powerful enough to destroy every hero on earth, earth itself and the entire universe. So I vote - Trigon.

At full power, Trigon wins I think, but not without a tough fight. Chthon is probably the most knowledgeable dark magic user.
