Time shifts. Parallel universe. Whatever.

Point is, Genkai (before giving half her power to Yusuke) finds herself having to fight Tsunade.

Scenario 1:

Genkai vs Tsunade in the Open Valley where The Three Sannin fought against each other. An all-out brawl with any available powers. No holding back, and to the death.

Scenario 2.

The two elderly women duke it out in a Dark Tournament Style Ring. No room for summons, and if caught out of the ring for 10 seconds, you lose.

Genkai stomps. She's to fast for Tsunade to catch, and a few Spirit Guns would take out Tsunade if not just one. The only way I see Tsunade winning is if she punches the ground to cause large crater, and making Genkai loose her balance and footing. But she'd have to have the speed to get to Genkai, and let loose a full-powered punch before Genkai could recover.
