Jay Garrick vs. Max Mercury

i saw max coming bck in Flash Rebirth and was wondering who would win here. I know Mx isn't as fast as Barry ro Wally, but he beat Professor Zoom for a wile becase of his agility so I thought he might hae a chance.

No thoughts on this one? i thought it might be nice, a lesser flash and all.

i despise speedsters...........except for wally and piotr...and maybe blur, and sometimes northstar lol

id go with the old man though

They're both pretty old. Max is from the wild west after all.
