The guy who gets stronger when there's whales around??? Presumably, his base strength is Class 95 while wet or submerged, and Class 75 dry, which steadily decreases. However, depending on how many killer whales are in his vicinity, Orka can draw energy to increase his strength to Class 100 levels.
