idk really....deadshot killed him once.....and their second fight was sort of a draw(maybe more in slade's favor), but i still lean towards slade

I believe Deadshot killed him without the healing factor. And neither were moving, IIRC they were both standing still shooting each other. Slade has too many powers.

I kinda think Deadshot wins.

he had the HF.......but it's not so great always, varies. even in the
second fight catman claimed he "looked like crap" afterwards, just as floyd did.

Deadshot for the majority, but then again i'm being biased because Floyd happens to be one of my favorite villains.
