Which is more effective? Jokers laughing gas or Scarecrows feargas? please no fart jokes.

they fought once and Joker won because of his laughing gas

yea he used the fear gas on the Joker but had no effect on Joker.
At the end Joker managed to spray Scarecrow with the laughing gas and scarecrow couldn't stop laughing. Joker didn't kill him or attack him after that he just left

Laughing Gas. A strong will can resist fear gas (IE Batman) and the Laughing Gas can kill.
