Odin can do this alone. Adult Zeus as well (not Kid Zeus).
The biggest thing Nova Corps can bring to table is Nu-Xandar, anyway. Even full Nova force is below heralds...

Kid Zeus isn't that bad weather control and pretty powerful lightning bolts still hasn't done anything major yet.
