I'm tempted to say Luke takes this... but he's gonna have a helluva time dodging Windu's Ownage Attack. Maybe if Luke rolls a 12x Power-Up he may be able to wear down Windu's 1,000,000 HP, but frankly he just doesn't have the XP.
