Pre-Crisis had a lot of exotic abilities like mentally controlling powers from other people.

3boot Saturn girl doesn't have much for her. she's the weakest one.

Not sure. Current Saturn Girl can't even probe minds without a struggle.

Pre-Crisis SG is more or less even IMO.

PC Saturn Girl is more versatile. I'll go with her.

does what, exactly? SG hails from a moon with uber telepaths and is the best one on her home. She kicks Emma's ass. Zero Hour would stomp.
