I have a hard time seing Magnus in KK's league in skills.

Why? Magnus has enhanced striking power. Enough to tear entire ARMIES of robots from hours on end to shreds. He's mastered every form of martial art in his time, maybe not exactly Val's league, but close enough and certainly enough to KO Predator.

Also note, that in the Valiant series, Magnus was revealed to be a Harbinger. So, ENHANCED Strength, Speed, AND durability.

actually, does anyone remember who won in the Dark Horse series, Magnus Versus Predator?

They split 1 each if I recall. That's why this was dubbed a rubber match.

i'll still place my money on Magnus.

Magnus' armor shud be able to soak the Predator's energy cannon. At close range, Magnus will tear the Pred a new one.

Edit. Also, Magnus jobbed on the first part of that VS fight. :-/

I got the impression the Predator was stronger and tougher. He was the first to his feet after the long fall afterall and he took the brunt of the landing.
