Are they both equal in powers... they got it from different pantheon but the same level?

Different pantheons - Adam gets his from the Egyptian Gods, Marvel from the Greek Gods, for the most part. You can debate whether Amon is mightier than Hercules, but since they are generally the same being created in different realities...it's like Thor and Hercules, and their strength is practically the same.
