Kind of limiting Shenlong by allowing beams and powers but not beast form. It's not straight up H2H if beams and powers are allowedno expression

Well, I figured that it was more even, seeing how that they both have beam attacks and have wicked kicks.
I'm assuming this means you think that Regal is the victor?
