Actually it's quite possible, the ground in the junkyard was arguably soft enough for Wolverine to be forced down with enough force exerted, that would be Skaar Donkey Konging him in the head.

And to say Skaar couldn't do the same thing to Sabretooth isn't right, Skaar could easily do the same thing, this is the guy who BFR's Juggernaut.
