Normally, he doesn't have any huge powers, but his specialty is manipuating human behavior. Currently, he absorbed Void's and Providence (I think that's her name) into himself, which gives him reality warping powers. He just fought Max to a standstill, so both are virtually omnipotent.

back when Wildstorm was Wildstorm, Max was an Omniversal threat, I think.
