Probably a stalemate... god spawn is invulnerable in every sense of the word. But he doesn't have anything that convinces me he can hurt Spectre either.

Superman's punches were nothing to him. Keep in mind at that point Superman's fists solved all the problems. Closing black holes, rifts, going through time, destroying anything, or anyone etc.

Spectre is such a shitty character to use in a 'Vs' thread. Sometimes he is the mack-daddy (Marvel Vs DC avatar) and other times he is a total pussy.
