Well, let's be honest. Punisher withstood Walker's blows. Cap blocked his punch and utilized pressure points. And it's not like Batman hasn't received punishment from superhumans.

Bruce is too skilled, he takes it...

There's no difference in batman getting beat by cap! What's the point?
