Given the range of feats from various incarnations of the Doctor, which version of Superman would you believe to be in the same power range?

Ie, which version of Superman could likely match the feats of the doctors?

Doctor should beat any of them.

Golden Prime is complete speculation on anybody's part, but based on implied power and status, he should easily be above any Doctor.

Pre-Crisis Supes is the closest in power to the Doctor.
