Silver surfer... 10... It sys at maximum.... Surfer can overload on star energy and unleash one heck of a blast... It causes him to "hulk out" in appearance... I think it was in the infinity wars against magus but I forget.

Surfers blackhole was an after effect of his blasts so "surfers blackhole" should not really be seperated from his cosmic blasts. (though surfer can also create blackholes through matter manip)

Pretty much But im not sure about the Supes or Hulk Punch, I mean are we usuing world breaker hulk? If so yes a the strongest punch from World breaker would be greater than anything Supes has done.

Maybe this, not really sure.

I would roll with this, but I would switch Sups and Hulk. The strongest punch of Sups could be loaded with a shitload of speed too. I think, that, standing, one in front of the other, and just punching, Hulk would be the winner, but THE most powerful punch, THE PUNCH, it would go to Superman, who can fly a lightyear at light speed and throw that monster punch in something.
