If they were to engage in battle two out of three who takes it? They also have every resource at there disposal.

his god powers werent a resource, they were a gift. he no longer has any means of obtaining them.

Well i know spawn is a necromancer,And Doom usees the mystic art's. So that's the reson why i said they would have all resources at there disposal. To get the best possible results from a battle. 😎

^ Yeah... but Spawn literally ascended to waaaaaaaay beyond what he was initially. And Doom has feats against supernatural creatures... but Spawn... he's way up there without any of the plot devices that might hinder some of Doom's supernatural foes. In fact, in my opinion that's exactly what sets Spawn apart from the typical archetypal supernatural beings in comics.
