From your list I voted Star Wars. I will always love those movies (the originals). I also really dig The Godfather, Taxi Driver, and A Clockwork Orange.

I have voted for Star Wars but The Godfather is a very close second.

Though if I could just name one, it would be Texas Chainsaw Massacre (obviously). Also, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest should be on that list, I consider it a quintessential piece of 70's cinema.

Hate polls but Dawn of the Dead from that list, as it happens to be my all time favourite movie as a matter of fact.

I thought hard about my absolute favorite 70's movie (that's not on the list) -- it's gotta be "Taxi Driver" that film is nearly perfect to me.

The Godfather's my favourite, though Part II and Taxi Driver are close.

Only star wars a new hope was made in the 70's thats why he has the option there star wars cause thats what it was ORIGINALLY called,that being the case,its a no brainer for me since that is my favorite movie of all time except for Empire strikes back.
