3. Count Nefaria ( When He was amped by Wonder Man and Giant Man)
4. Cyborg Superman with Rings
5. Morg with Waters of Life
6. Onimar Synn
7. Smaller Tyrant
8. Star Breaker

4 and beyond beat him the rest he could get a majority on.

after #2 SS going to be in rough shape. he could put down 3 then 4 stops him.

^ He gets one day of rest after each battle which should be plenty to heal himself to full health. Considering his healing and recovery feats over the years he should be good as new for his next fights.

I think the OP was trying to make surfer carry over some damage from one battle to the next but yes you are right he should be able to heal with a day's rest
