Squirrel Girl, despite being weakened, was able to beat Galactus.

Galactus easily beat Rulk.

Rulk was hindered by Surfer's power then, so it doesn't count.

In an interview a writer (I can't remember who) was asked where SG was during WW Hulk and the writer explained she was occupied fighting Galactus at the time.

Squirrel Girl was "busy" fighting Galactus when WW Hulk was loose.

Rulk got one shotted by Galactus, although he may have not had the Loeb Force.

Even with the Loebforce. SG wins 10/10
