trigon > captain atom > original nekron.

I'm pretty sure Captain Atom only beat Nekron by tapping into some primordial quantum force and turning some of Nekron's own power against him. And the GLC beat Nekron because whichever GL it was that ended up in Nekron's realm enlisted the aid of the souls of every dead GL to fight Nekron. In both cases it was his own power that beat him. That said original Nekron was a jobber and would get beaten out of his realm by Trigon.

And is captain atom a weaker version of Dr. Manhattan?
