I remember that, he was fighting a bunch of Kryptonians, and he changed the color and output of his lightning, then he started dropping em left and rightr.

Who was it and what was the context? It was probably something to do with said opponent being weak to electricity.

but the black lightning thing is too funny, there HAS to be some sort of context we're missing cause a lot of characters should be able to replicate that with utter ease.
